By accessing or using Gancha ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and participate in gacha pulls on the Platform. By using Gancha, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Gancha is available to residents of eligible regions only. We reserve the right to restrict access based on geographic, legal, or regulatory requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Gancha reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with the Platform's intended purpose.

Gancha uses a virtual coin system to facilitate pack purchases. Coins are purchased with real currency and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside the Platform.

All purchases are final. In cases of technical error resulting in a failed pull or incorrect deduction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction.

Physical prizes won through gacha pulls are real collectible items. Once you initiate a shipment request, the prize will be dispatched from our warehouse to your provided address. Gancha is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers.

Prizes not claimed or vaulted within 90 days of winning may be forfeited and returned to inventory. Vault storage is provided at no charge for up to 6 months.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or reverse-engineer the random number generation system, pull outcomes, or any other feature of the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Use of bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform is forbidden.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Gancha or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gancha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or prizes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
